We want to thank Welcome Home Assisted Living for hosting our semi-monthly wellness clinic. If you are interested in checking up on your blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and oxygen stat, clinics are held the second and fourth Monday each month at 10:00 AM. Welcome Home is located at 633 E. Medical Drive in Bountiful, Utah (across from Lakeview Hospital).
